When was the last time you surprised someone else?

The last time I surprised someone was in early November of last year when me and my friends made a video for a friend of ours who had surgery a few weeks earlier. We wanted to tell her how much we loved her and missed her. She was really surprised and really happy, she cried of joy. ^_^
